Effective medicine, awful taste - 
These tablets work as stated on the package - it relieves cold symptoms and knocks you out. However, the fakey weird "lemon" taste is horrible. It's extremely difficult to force this medicine down. I continue to take it for the effect, because I have almost a whole box and, that considered, am pleased with the result; however, I would recommend you look to a traditional caplet for more palatable nighttime cold relief.

After taking a single dose (2 tablets fully dissolved in water) I slept through the night perfectly, although still had some cold symptoms, mainly coughing, in the morning. The previous night I kept coughing all night long... barely slept at all.
