Having only recently discovered the marvelous Yarn Harlot, I'm thoroughly enjoying this calendar. I have yet to see an entry that wasn't helpful and /or hilarious. I'm saving some of the pages for reference later.
good old yarn harlot -
funny, quirky and full of great facts and insight. A must have for any knitter (or crocheter, or any old harlot fan). I enjoy turning each page--Saturdays and Sundays get their own page, not combined like some other page-a-days.
Not what I expected. - 
I was expecting small daily doses of Stephanie's wit and humor. While there is some of that, there's more of other stuff -- filler, I guess you'd say. Quotes about patience, history of knitting, etc. That stuff can be found anywhere. I wanted FUN and FUNNY, like in her other books, but in a shorter format.
I am disappointed, but a little Stephanie is better than none.

This was an okay calendar, but not what I expected it to be. One can simply go to YH blog to get the 'quirky' w/o spending a dime, and that's what I will do next time.
